做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
