做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
