做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
