做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
