做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
