做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
