做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
