做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
