做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
