做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
