做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
