做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
