做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
