做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
