做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
