做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
