做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
