做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
