做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
