做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
