做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
