做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
