做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
