做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
