做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
