做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
